VipsPM – Angular 8 + Laravel 5.7 Project Suite is a Powerful web-based Project Management suite. VipsPM is a perfect tool to fulfil all your project management needs like managing Projects, Tasks, Incidents, Defects, Files, Documents, Users, Departments, Meetings, Emails, ToDos, Project Planning, Release Planner, Holidays, Reports and Clients. It’s simple yet efficient layout will make managing projects easier than before.
VipsPM is a modern tool built with latest technologies like Angular 8(Front-end), Laravel 5.7(Back-end), PHP & MySQL database. The Angular CLI makes it easy to maintain this application that already works, right out of the box. It includes 7 solid & 7 gradient menu colour options and 3 different sizes with organized folder structure, clean & commented code.
VipsPM tool includes AOT, Lazy Loading and API Management. With AOT, the browser downloads a pre-compiled version of the application. The browser loads executable code so it can render the application immediately, without waiting to compile the app first. With Lazy Loading, it allows you to load JavaScript components asynchronously when a specific route is activated. Backend connects with API so tool can be integrate with any application or frontend through API.

VipsPM Applications
An Efficient Dashboard
Get an overview of total projects, pending tasks, pending issues, total tasks, teams, users and clients of an organization. Project task’s status, donut chart shows tasks progress whereas a project status shows a radar chart will give a visual status of various projects undertaken by a business. The critical project status donut chart shows the status of the task of 2 critical projects(that will be on completed status).
It also displays various lists of projects, meetings, tasks, defects, incidents(Tickets), todos list, announcements, etc. You can show/hide lists from the dashboard settings in the settings tab.
Calendar
The due dates of the projects and tasks will appear in the calendar. It also displays meetings and holidays. Manage the workflow accordingly.
Departments
Assign your staff to specific departments and the ability to see various features of VipsPM by assigning departments wise roles and restricting permissions.
Roles
Role-based access control. Create unlimited roles with departments and assign permissions.
Team Management
- Make user groups as a team and assigned those teams to various projects.
- You can also assign a lead from team members.
- The team will be used when you create projects and their tasks, creating defects and incidents(Tickets).
- Import teams.
User and Client Management
Appoint multiple users on various deals. You could assign departments wise roles to them and control their access to certain parameters by assigning permissions. Assign multiple clients on the same deal. Thus, multi-user, multi-client feature facilitates ease in deal management. Activities: Track activities of each user for every action. Manage all your staff members from one place.
Add users and clients by assigning departments wise roles and restricting permissions.
Create new users and control their access to certain parameters by assigning their department’s roles. Similarly, you could restrict the client’s access to projects by allowing them selected permissions. Thus, users and clients could access the features of VipsPM modules like projects, tasks, defects, incidents, meetings, teams, holidays within prescribed limits.
Multiple User Access
Invite users and give them access to various projects and workspace. A user profile will give brief information about the projects and tasks of each user. You could always add a new user and remove an unnecessary user as and when required.
Project Management
- Create unlimited projects and assign team members to them, track project progress. Set a budget for projects.
- Project Overview: Get a complete snapshot of project progress and other details like total tasks, defects, incidents(tickets) under each project.

Kanban Task Management(Task Board)
Manage multiple tasks of the same project through Kanban task board system, you could manage the progress of your tasks. A clear statistics helps you understand the number of todos, in progress and completed tasks of projects. Create new tasks under milestones by setting a priority and due date.
Defect Management
- Add a new defect(Bug) for an already existing project and prioritize them according to the need of urgency.
- Assign the defect to project members and set a due date for defect completion.
- Select defect types like defects or enhancement.
- Change the status and severities of the defect with a simple drop-down menu.
- Attach necessary files & notes for a required defect.
- Track activities related to the defect.
Incidents(Tickets)
- Add a new incident for an already existing project.
- Assign the incident to project members. Let your customer reply and create new tickets via email, without accessing the client portal
- Select defect types like service requests or info requests.
- Change the status and priority of the incident with a simple drop-down menu.
- Attach necessary files & notes for a required incident.
- Track activities related to the incidents.
Project Planner and Release Planner
- Create projects with sprint and assign tasks to that sprints. You can also create stories for that sprints.
- Display the list of projects with versions and related tasks on the release planner.
Personal Todo
Every staff member can have their own personal todo dashboard which will allow your staff member to easily organize their work.
Knowledge Base
- Knowledgebase helps to document anything related to personal use or sharing it with other employees.
- Add multiple categories of knowledge base articles from the text editor.
File Browser
Create multiple folders and upload files in the file browser. You can also create subfolders and upload files. Each staff member that is not admin has their own folder for uploading files.
Company Setting
Customize your company settings by adding the company name, legal name, short name, email address, city, country, etc on settings menu.
Email Setting
Customize your email settings by adding email protocol, SMTP host, username and password on the settings menu.
Email Templates
Setup predefined email templates from a text editor. Customizable email templates in settings for all emails.
Email Notification
You can restrict to receive mail by active/deactivate email notifications on the settings tab.
Dashboard Settings
Hide/show the list of projects, tasks, incidents, defects, meetings, announcements, todos using dashboard settings in the settings tab.
System Setting
Customize your system settings by choosing date format, data tables records limit, language, locale, timezone, etc.
System Update
Customize your system update setting by adding your VipsPM envanto purchase key and buyer key. We will provide URL via email whenever any system updates.
Auto Backup Database
Setup auto backup database weekly to prevent losing your important data.
Cronjob
Auto backup database and send daily task reports to Super admin, Admin and project manager by running cron job in the system.
Theme Settings
- You can customize your sidebar using theme settings options like sidebar sizes, background colors, backgound images etc.
- You can also set custom sidebar backgound colors using color picker.
- Uplolad multiple images on theme settings on settings tab and choose those images for sidebar backgound image using theme layout options(Right side setting icons).
- You can also change sidebar logo, company logo, login page background and sidebar background images on theme settings on settings tab.
Mailbox
Compose, view, draft and discard mails in mailbox. You can also set a mail as favorite/un-favorite, mark as read.
Annoucements
Let’s your workspace users to know about any events by creating annoucements.
Meetings
Create meeting for discussions about any events, projects, issues, tasks, bussiness or company matters etc.
Activity Log
Track all staff activity. Adding new items, creating, deleting.
Sensitive data is encrypted
VipsPM encrypts all sensitive data in the database with a unique encryption key. Encryption performed on email passwords, API keys, API passwords, etc…
Notifications
- Receive notifications when the user performs any actions like add, edit, remove, etc.
- Any events regarding projects, tasks, defects, incidents, authentication, activation has been received via emails or notifications.
