Brief description
This module allows you to receive instant Pushover Notifications on a number of devices when a support ticket is raised via your Perfex CRM by clients.
By enabling, you will be able to allow staff and yourself to get a push notification on their mobile devices when a support ticket is raised by a client, either via email (if you have this set up) or via the client portal.
Prerequisites:
You will need a Pushover account (free), and you will also need to download the Pushover app (free on Apple/Andriod devices)
